My order arrived damaged. Who do I contact?

Please report damaged shipments to within 10 business days from receipt. The replacement will be reshipped at no cost. 

To report a damaged shipment, please call the APIC Distribution Center at 240-646-7032. You can also email products@apic.org with the subject line: Damaged shipment and include your order number.
