If you encounter the following issues as you’re taking a course such as:
- Loss of video/audio
- Module not launching/playing
- Frozen screen
- “Access denied” message
We recommend you try these troubleshooting steps:
- Access your course using an updated version of Google Chrome browser
- Clear your browser’s cookies and cache
- Consider using headphones for better audio quality
If issues persist, you can email eLearning@apic.org with the course name and progress, a screenshot of the error message, and a description of what happened.
