Are there technological requirements for taking any live training?

The only requirement is to ensure you have a computer to open the course materials and use Zoom and its chat feature. Additionally, it is important to connect to a secure and stable internet connection for a smoother learning experience. 

We recommend the following specifications for a smooth learning experience:

• Internet bandwidth: At least 5 Mbps
• Computer operating system: At least Windows Vista or Mac OS X Leopard, or newer versions
• Browser: Updated versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge
• Browser plug-in: At least Flash Player version 10.2.159.1 or higher
