What is the cancellation policy for live courses?

Requests for cancellation and refund must be sent via email to education@apic.org 15 calendar days prior to the course start date. Any request received within 14 calendar days of the course start date will be charged a $75 administrative fee. Once you have activated your learning system or accessed any of the content or materials for a live training course, payment can no longer be refunded.
