How to Manage Your Organizational Membership Roster

Company Administrators can manage their organization’s APIC membership roster through the Organizational Membership Self-Service Portal.

Who can manage the roster?

To access roster management, you must:

• Have an active Organizational Membership assignment with the organization.
• Have an active Company Administrator designation.

If you believe you should have access but do not see the roster management option, contact APIC for assistance.

Access your roster

1. Sign in to your APIC account.
2. Navigate to your account area.
3. Select Organizational Membership Roster.
4. Confirm that the correct organization is displayed.

Select the membership term

Use the Term dropdown to select the Organizational Membership period you want to view.

Depending on your organization, you may see:

• A past term
• The current active term
• A future term if your organization has already renewed

The active term is displayed by default.

Past terms

Past terms are available for reference only. You can see who was assigned during that membership period, but historical rosters cannot be changed.

Future terms

If your organization has already renewed, you can review and update the upcoming roster before the new term begins.

Changes to a future term do not affect the current term.

Understand the roster

The roster page includes three main areas:

Active Org Members

Individuals currently receiving APIC membership through your organization.

Available Contacts

Individuals associated with your organization who do not currently occupy an Organizational Membership seat.

Invitations

Invitations that have been sent to individuals who need to confirm their organization relationship or complete the membership process.

Review available seats

The top of the page shows how many Organizational Membership seats are currently assigned.

For example:

19 of 20 membership seats assigned

In this example, three additional seats are available.

Your organization cannot assign more members than the number of seats included with its Organizational Membership tier.

Chapter membership

Chapter membership is not currently managed through the Organizational Membership Roster.

Individual members remain responsible for their chapter membership.

Some organizations prepay for chapter membership. If this applies to your organization, contact APIC for assistance.

Need help?

Contact APIC if:

• You cannot access the roster.
• The wrong organization appears.
• Your available seat count appears incorrect.
• A member appears more than once.
• You need to change your Company Administrator.
• A roster change does not appear correctly.
